Can I Exchange An Item For A Different Size/Color? No, currently, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts, we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section for each item. We typically use Bella & Canvas 3001 shirts & Independent Trading Company Hoodies unless otherwise noted. The fit for these items is very standard across the online buying experience - especially for the tees. We strive for a true 'genderless' fit unless otherwise noted, for example a cropped tee, Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled by the manufacturer - example the size tag sewn into your item is a 'medium' but the item is definitely not. That's the most common example I've seen personally and professionally. If you find there's a problem with your order, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item, a description of what's wrong and we’ll see what's up and either send you a new one, or issue a refund if that's what's preferred. |
