    Orders

    How Are Your Products Made?

    Many of our products are designed, product developed, and then made to order in-house. These include stickers, magnets, other stationery products, art prints and more.

    We work with a reliable, a high-quality supplier for apparel and some home goods. They have multiple locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your order is printed and shipped from their closest facility that can do it most efficiently and you get your order the fastest.

    Canceling Orders

    Once your order has been sent for fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled or altered. Please contact us immediately to see if your order can be changed.

    Pre-Orders

    At times, tinywerewolves.com may launch a pre-order sale. This is intended to hit a sales goal within a pre-determined time before the item is produced and shipped. If the goal is not met, the customers who pre-purchased the item many be refunded in lieu of the item being produced. Details of the time times are in the product description of the pre-sale items.

    How Do I Track My Order?

    If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line here.

    I Received A Wrong/Damaged Product, What Should I Do?

    We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

    Wholesale/Resale

    We sell wholesale exclusively through Faire.

    Sales Tax

    Sales tax may be applied automatically to your order, depending on where your item is shipping.

    Subscriptions

    • All subscriptions ship the 1st-5th of the current month or with 3 business days of initial order.
    • Themes change monthly and can be previewed via a blog post and social media announcements.
    • Contents of individual levels are subject to change. We will do our best to honor any prepaid subscriptions if we must make an unplanned change before the renewal occurs.
    • No refunds on pre-paid subscriptions.
    • Orders placed in the last 10 days of the current month will receive the box for the following month.
    • You are charged immediately for your first box, then subscriptions are automatically charged on the 1st of the month. If you plan on pausing or cancelling, you must do so before the 1st.
    • If your method of payment is declined, your subscription will be cancelled after 3 days.
    • All subscriptions are inclusive of shipping costs. If non-subscription items are purchased at the same time, you will be automatically charged shipping for those items only.
    • All subscriptions can be changed, skipped, paused, or cancelled at any time in the online portal.
    • At this time, we are only shipping subscriptions to addresses located in the United States.
    • You will receive instructions via an email on how to manage your subscription. If you do not receive your subscription details email within 24 hours of subscription purchase, please contact us.

    Tinywerewolves.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay as forms of payment. Unless otherwise noted, payment is due at the time of checkout. Forms and methods available may change without warning at any time.


    Promotions And Sales

    At times, tinywerewolves.com may run special promotions, discounts, or sales on its items. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers may not be combined. Only one coupon code per order is allowed. Free shipping applies to customers only within the continental United States.

    Occasionally we may offer seconds (products with slight flaws or defects that do not affect the usability of the item) for deeply discounted prices. These items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

    When Will I Get My Order?

    Almost all our items are created when an order is placed. Depending on the items, it takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order. Please see each item’s description for more details on creation time.

    Once and item is completed, it is then shipped out. The available shipping methods will be shown to you during checkout. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows once an item is ready to ship:

    • USA: 5- 8 business days
    • Canada: 10-20 business days

    Where Will My Order Ship From?

    Orders are shipped from the United States.

    What Countries Do You Ship To?

    We currently ship to the United States and Canada. If you are interested in purchasing our items from somewhere, we do not currently ship to, please use the contact us page to send us a message and we can provide you with a custom shipping quote and production timeline. 

    Will I Be Charged Customs For My Order?

    An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

    My Order Should Be Here By Now, But I Still Don't Have It. What Should I Do?

    Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

    • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
    • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
    • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

    If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s get in touch with us here with your order number.

    If a package is returned to Tiny Werewolves due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost (if any) as well as the re-delivery cost. Tiny Werewolves is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Refunds will not be issued for returned items. Store credit, minus any shipping and taxes from the original order, may be issued on request only. Store credit will be issued via a one-time use code to be entered by the customer at checkout (any balance is forfeited if the entire amount is not used during purchase).

    If a customer does not provide a method of payment within 30 days to re-ship the returned order, the order is forfeited to Tiny Werewolves and no refund will be issued to the customer.

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for shipping. We are happy to the provided the address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to further investigate with the shipping carrier directly.

    We do not offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at Contact Us!

    Do You Offer Refunds?

    Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

    Can I Exchange An Item For A Different Size/Color?

    Currently, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at within 7 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
