WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Almost all our items are created when an order is placed. Depending on the items, it takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order. Please see each item’s description for more details on creation time.
Once and item is completed, it’s then shipped out. The available shipping methods will be shown to you during checkout. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows once an item is ready to ship:
- USA: 5- 8 business days
- Canada: 10-20 business days

We ship to the United States and Canada. If you are interested in purchasing our items from elsewhere, please use the contact us page to send us a message and we can provide you with a custom shipping quote and production timeline.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FOR MY ORDER?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW, BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s get in touch with us here with your order number.
If a package is returned to Tiny Werewolves due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. Tiny Werewolves is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for shipping. We are happy to the provided the address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to further investigate.
