Custom Commissions Policies & Current Timelines

Current Processing Timelines: 

On average, custom orders take 4-6 weeks to process, seasonally this extends to 6-8 weeks around the holiday season. This page is updated regularly with the current wait time.

NOTE: Processing times are approximate, sometimes they are shorter and sometimes they are longer (usually no more than an extra couple weeks). If you need your order as a gift by a specific date, please let me know in the order notes or via email and I will try to accommodate the request. If the processing time is going to be more than 4 weeks outside of your original processing window, you will be contacted directly via email.

Additional Order Policies for Commissions and Customs:

• We ask you to provide at least 3 high quality images reference images, unless otherwise stated or confirmed separately. 
• Orders are not entered into the processing que until images have been received.
• All orders will receive emailed proof showing illustration before printing and shipping item.
• Any revisions will be made to illustration before printing, if required.

By purchasing this item, you acknowledge that the we, Tiny Werewolves, will be using the custom illustration of your pet in advertisements of our products at any time. Tiny Werewolves will retain the copyright to the artwork and the illustration cannot be reproduced without direct permission from Tiny Werewolves.
